Directions:
In 4qt. pot, combine 2qts of cold water or chicken stock and Saucy Gumbo Base.Stir well and bring to a boil.
 
Add 2 lbs.Seafood
 
Cover and bring to a second boil 3-4 minutes.Remove from heat. Ensure seafood is thoroughly cooked (to 145°).Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!

Dried onion, beef bouillon, gluten-free flour, green and red bell pepper, cajun seasoning, bay leaves.
